Natsko Natskov is co-founder and managing partner of Benov, Vasilev & Natskov Law Firm.

Education:

Natsko Natskov graduated in Law at Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” in 2014. His secondary education was at the High School of Natural Sciences and Mathematics “Аcademician Ivan Tsenov” in Vratsa. He has specialized in European and International Law at the University of Saarbrücken, Germany. He has participated in a Property damage analysis program at the International Court of Arbitration in Paris.

He is registered as lawyer in the Bar Association of Vratsa.

He speaks English and German.

Experience:

His professional experience began in the legal department of one of the largest banks in Bulgaria, where he assisted in the collection of receivables of the bank and its participation in the insolvency proceedings of its debtors. During his work as legal adviser in the office of a private bailiff, attorney Natskov mastered in detail the enforcement proceedings, the collection and realization of receivables, and the various ways to secure the interests of creditors and debtors. As managing partner of Benov, Vasilev & Natskov Law Firm attorney Natskov successfully defends the interests of the law firms’s clients in disputes of international nature. He advises a large Swiss pharmaceutical company on changing the business model and restructuring trade relations with current partners. In addition, attorney Natskov advised a client of the company on his participation in arbitration proceedings before the Swiss Arbitration Center (SCAI), preparing all the necessary documents to initiate proceedings. Attorney Natskov is also a proven expert in company law, as his experience includes advising clients on the issuance of shares, mergers and acquisitions, inheritance relationships in capital companies, etc.
