Ventsislav Benov is co-founder and managing partner of Benov & Vasilev Attorneys at law.
Education:
Ventsislav Benov graduated in Law at Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski ”in 2013, and since 2014 he has been registered as lawyer in the Sofia Bar Association.
Since 2019 Ventsislav Benov has been registered as bankruptcy trustee at the Ministry of Justice.
He speaks English, German and Russian.

Experience:
From 2013 to 2015 Ventsislav Benov consulted as an external expert DG “European Funds and International Projects” at the Employment Agency for public procurement of beneficiaries of OP Human Resources Development, and participated in the preparation and conduct of public procurement by the Employment Agency itself.
In 2015 Ventsislav Benov advised both the Ministry of Culture and the National Gallery in connection with the preparation and conduct of public procurement under the Public Procurement Act. From 2015 until now Ventsislav Benov has participated as chairman or member of over 20 evaluation commissions under the Public Procurement Act.
From 2016 to 2018 Ventsislav Benov consulted as an external expert Fund “Working Conditions” at the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy in connection with comprehensive legal services and control of the legality of procedures conducted by beneficiaries of the Fund.
In 2020 Ventsislav Benov participated as an external expert on European funding in two projects of the World Bank (The World Bank) – Bulgaria Public Expenditure Review in Science, Technology and Innovation, as well as RAS Croatia Public Expenditure Review in Science, Technology and Innovation ..
From 2020 until now Ventsislav Benov has also been in charge of the business development of the most authoritative non-governmental organization in the field of innovation and innovation policies in Bulgaria – ARC Fund (Foundation for Applied Research and Communications).
